BKL kids classic race to follow Empire State Games On Sunday 2/21!

Sunday BKL kids race to follow ESG races. the race will be on the cross-country side at the Olympic Sports Complex/Mt. Van Hoevenberg. classic technique.

approximate distances: lollipop/J6 1/2 km, J5 2km, J4 3km, J3 4km

registration at the xc lodge: 11am to 11:45 am

entry fee: $5. non-NYSSRA/NENSA add $5

start time: 12 NOON

Comp Team traveled to the big eastern race weekend of the UVM Carnival / NE JOQ / NENSA Eastern Cup all rolled into one! the team's top results came in the J2 class with Maile Sapp finishing 5th in the 5km classic and with Joey Izzo finishing in 6th in the 5km freestyle. link to Stowe results: http://www.nensa.net/results/index.php?io_view=events&top_event_id=552&season

NYSEF Harry Eldridge Memorial Cup

Congratulations to Amanda Moreland (J1/HFL/Honeoye Falls, NY) and Ike Tucker (OJ/NENSA/Colchester, VT) for winning the overall junior titles for the combined freestyle and classic races at the NYSEF Harry Eldridge Memorial race weekend. Both names will be engraved on the Harry Eldridge Memorial Cup.
